Information about the existence of a conviction and search in RA can be obtained from the consular department of the RA MFA and from operators (banks and "Haypost" CJSC), and from RA diplomatic missions and consular institutions in foreign countries.

It is also possible to apply online for a certificate of conviction and wanted status in Armenia, and to receive the completed certificate by mail, both in the territory of Armenia and anywhere in the world.

The consular department of the RA MFA organizes the reception for receiving information on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10:00-12:00 at the citizens' reception hall located in the administrative building of the RA MFA (3 Vazgen Sargsyan address).

The information requester submits the following documents to the Ministry in person or by mail (the information requester has the right to apply by mail, and the latter's parent, brother, sister, spouse, child and authorized representative submit the application in person):

1. Application in prescribed form (provided on site)

2. Valid passport (identification card) and its copy (if applying by mail, only a copy)

3. If the requester of the reference assigns the receipt of the reference to a third person at the time of submitting the application in person, then a copy of the passport (identification card) of the given person.

4. If the application is submitted by the parent, brother, sister, spouse, child or authorized representative of the applicant, the following documents must also be submitted:

a. in the case of a parent, the original and a copy of the applicant's passport (identification card), copies of the applicant's passport (identification card) and birth certificate

b. in the case of a brother and sister, the original and a copy of the applicant's passport (identification card), the original birth certificate of the applicant, copies of the birth certificate and passport (identification card) of the reference requester

c. in the case of a spouse, the original and a copy of the applicant's passport (identification card), copies of the applicant's passport (identification card) and marriage certificate

d. in the case of a child, the original and a copy of the applicant's passport (identification card), copies of the birth certificate and the applicant's passport (identification card)

e. in the case of an authorized representative: the passport (identification card) of the authorized person, the original power of attorney and a copy of the passport (identification card) of the applicant

5. State tax payment receipt
